New Viz: Superstore Regional Sales Scorecard with Targets

I love the Superstore data set because it is so realistic and provides so many incredible insights. The one thing that I had always wished it had, however, was targets. Pretty much every single dashboard I've ever created included some measuring of actuals to target. So since the Superstore data doesn't include targets, I decided to add them myself. This linked data is an abbreviated version of Superstore data (just about 3000 rows) but with targets.  

Okay, the data isn't really the point of this blog post (well, it sort of is), but the point is to share my new business dashboard based on this data with targets - Superstore Regional Sales Scorecard. This dashboard was heavily inspired by the work of Ellen Blackburn. Check it out here or click on the image below.

But before you check it out, I personally think this dashboard works really well except for one thing that was intentionally left out. What do you think it is? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
